Dear Patients,

In accordance with guidelines from the state dept of health and the CDC, we have re-structured our practice operations to comply with social distancing guidelines. We are only able to see patients with prior appointments and we limit use of our waiting area to a small number of patients.

These changes limit the number of appointments we can book in each day and we are continuously evaluating our waiting list to make sure that patients are seen based on medical necessity. Please understand that this may lead to significant wait times for any appointments that are more of a routine nature.

Please note, our office is not equipped to isolate or treat any patients who either have covid19 or are under investigations for the condition. If you experience any kind of respiratory symptoms or you have been exposed, please seek evaluation and testing through your primary care provider and/or your county health department.
